Life design is a transformative process that empowers individuals to experience greater freedom, vibrancy, and purpose in their lives.
The human life is far more mysterious and complex than what meets the eye.
Our dreams, desires, struggles, ancestral inheritance, our outlook on life, and what makes us experience flow—are all interconnected elements. We are in a constant pursuit of making sense of it all, so we can experience states of safety, fulfillment, joy, and connection. We all want to be seen, heard, love and be loved.
My role is to help my clients make sense of it all: their emotions, their struggles, their circumstances, and what arises in relationships with themselves and others. I help them uncover the wisdom and guidance available to them underneath it all, so they can live their personal version of a well-lived life.

During a Designing Your Work Life Mentoring Session, we define strategies that empower you to navigate challenges, foster growth, and find fulfillment in your career. Our emphasis will be on designing a personalized strategy aligned with your own definition of success, to support you in achieving your goals and aspirations. Drawing on 16 years of corporate leadership experience, I'll support you in finding effective strategies.

I offer my clients complete ownership of their mentoring process. You have the flexibility to choose the number of sessions that best suits your needs, whether it's just one or more. While I do offer a discount for purchasing more than five sessions, I will never ask you to pay for a package in advance. The focus is on providing you with the support you need on your terms.

The number of sessions depends on the specific issue you seek support with. Some clients prefer intermittent sessions for specific situations like preparing for appointments or having challenging conversations with loved ones. Others engage in more comprehensive work, such as gaining clarity on career goals or life's purpose. Some need support dealing with change. In general, in order to achieve optimal results I recommend 2 to 3 sessions per month over a period of 4 to 6 months. However, the frequency and duration of sessions can be tailored to your individual needs and preferences.

I offer five complimentary mentoring spots each semester for individuals who require mentoring but are unable to afford it. If you are in this situation, please send me an email explaining your circumstances. If there is an available spot, I will be happy to accommodate you and provide the mentoring support you need.
